The Southern District Beekeepers had a wonderful evening at the Falcons Nest on Friday 13th December.
A truly excellent hot carvery with Christmas pudding, coffee and mince pies was served in a very festive, warm room.
Two table quizzes and crackers were enjoyed, and Anne Kissack gave some beautifully performed amusing readings, after our meal.

I was invited to visit the reception class at Ballacottier School a few weeks ago. The children were so attentive and asked lots of sensible questions.
