Family Day at Ballachurry Farm

Our Family day this year is being held on Sunday 21st June and kindly hosted by Mr & Mrs Stan & Pam Clucas in their marquee in their field opposite their home at Ballachurry, Port Erin. Proceedings will begin at 1030hrs and continue all day, and as usual we will have a Barbeque and Faith Lunch . All members are welcome, together with their families and we shall have things to do and activities for the children and Stan has kindly given permission to have an apiary visit to one of his hives – so don’t forget to bring your suits!
It would be good if you would be able to let me know in advance if you are able to come to give me some ideas of numbers for catering and also if you are able to bring something for the Faith Lunch, whether it be sweet or savoury it will be gratefully received.

And for those who want to learn how to make a skep, it would be good if you could bring with you a plastic bottle with a neck 3/4 inch (2cm) in diameter and the thigh bone of a chicken or a turkey to make a needle.
